We’ll discuss the design and provide a custom price quote.
Once confirmed, We will send you an order form to collect your shipping information and payment details and send you a payment invoice.
A payment invoice will be sent to your email address. Payment must be completed within 24 hours to secure your order. Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.
After payment, we’ll start making your order (3–14 days).
We’ll send photo updates before finishing.
Your order will be shipped, and a tracking number will be provided afterward.
*We currently only accept payments via PayPal & WISE .
- All sales are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Custom pricing varies depending on the design complexity and size.
As all items are handmade, the final product may not be 100% identical to the reference photo.
Odeng Diary reserves the right to decline any custom order that cannot be made.
Production time is approximately 3–14 days, depending on the current waiting list.
Photo updates will be provided via Instagram DM before the finishing process.
If there are any issues with the order, revisions may be requested if feasible. Only one revision is allowed.
Revisions cannot be made if the issue involves the base shape of the product, as this would require remaking the piece from scratch.
Please note that revisions may carry a risk of damage or imperfections to the existing work. Odeng Diary is not responsible for such risks.
We will wait 6–8 hours for your response after sending update photos via Instagram DM. If no response is received within that time, we will assume the design is approved and proceed to the next stage.
Once the product is completed, we will provide photos before and after packaging.
☁︎ Every order is carefully packed before shipping. Photos of your package before and after packing will be sent via Instagram DM one day before shipment.
☁︎ International delivery usually takes 7–30 days. Delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
☁︎ If your local post failed to attempt a delivery, it will be your responsibility to check in with your post office or to pick it up.
☁︎ Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information. Orders cannot be changed once shipped.
☁︎ Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
☁︎ Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other applicable fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
☁︎ Please handle handmade items with care. Avoid dropping, pulling, bending, or exposure to harsh chemicals.
